It does the work, then it stops and asks
Nova reads your workspace, shows every call it made, and proposes the change. Nothing is written until a person confirms it.

Product / Pipeline ArchitectureModule 02
We sat with firms whose deals live in quotes, drawings and site visits and wrote down what the sale actually looks like. Every one of them described the same four stages and produced the same four documents.
Part of Venuvo OS.
Someone describes a room, a budget and a date. Nothing is specified yet and the estimate is a guess held loosely.
The first number that can be argued with. It moves when the drawing moves, and the reason it moved is worth keeping.
Where a project sale is actually won or lost. Three revisions was normal in every firm we sat with; the third is the one nobody can find later.
The work lands on a site, on a date, with the spec that was signed rather than the one that was quoted.
A lead score built from a dropdown is a guess with a number on it. Scoring here reads the record: how far the deal got, how recently it moved, and whether anyone has answered since the last revision went out.
When it goes quiet, that is a fact about the deal rather than a reminder somebody set. Nova surfaces it, ranks it against everything else that has stalled, and prepares the activity record for you to approve.

A deal that has gone quiet is not an opinion someone has to form and then remember to enter. It is already in the record: the date of the last real exchange, the last document sent, how long the deal has sat in its stage. The score reads those facts rather than the stage field, so a deal that has stopped moving is ranked by its silence whatever the dropdown says.
Nova’s part in this is deliberately small. It reads the same record and surfaces the deals that have been quiet longest, ranked by recency, so that the question of who needs following up has an answer before anyone asks it. It does not change a stage or write a note on its own, and it cannot send anything at all: a note it prepares waits for your confirmation before it exists. What to do about a quiet deal stays with the person who owns it.
The gap between winning work and doing it is where the firms we sat with lost money. It is also the only part of the pipeline nobody owns.
Tell us roughly how you work and we will come prepared.
