Answers, and a person at the end of them.

We are small enough that support reaches a founder rather than a queue. Below are the questions that actually arrive; if yours is not here, write and it will be answered by someone who can change the product.

Response targets are in the service level agreement; they double in July and from 24 December to 6 January, and do not cover trial accounts.

4hCriticalBusiness-hours response target when the Service is unavailable.
8hHighBusiness-hours response target when a major feature is down with no workaround.
2–5 daysMedium and lowTwo business days for an impaired feature with a workaround, five for a question or a minor issue. Targets, not guarantees.

Getting started.

The first week, answered before you spend it. Book a demo if you would rather be walked through it.

How does the trial work?

Fourteen days free on every plan, no card required. If the trial lapses the account steps down rather than locking you out, so nothing disappears while you decide.

What are the roles, and who sees what?

Five, in order: owner, admin, manager, agent, viewer. What a person can change is set by their role. Nova sits inside the same hierarchy: every write it proposes is checked against a minimum role, and financial figures are refused below manager. Note one limit we publish rather than hide — scoping for Nova’s other reads is an instruction in its system prompt rather than a database policy, and the security page says so.

Nova.

What it can reach, what it cannot, and what happens before anything is written. The full account is on the Nova page.

Can Nova change our data without us?

No. Writes are intercepted before they execute. Nova prepares the change and hands it back unexecuted; you approve, and only then does it run, under your own session against the account that confirmed it.

How do we turn Nova off?

Nova’s access is a per-user setting and it is opt-out: a person switches it off for themselves rather than a company switching it on for everyone.

Can we see what it did?

Every tool call is logged with its arguments, its result and how long it took, and streamed to the panel while it runs. Full audit logs are on Pro and Enterprise.

Billing and data.

The commercial and legal answers, each pointing at the document it comes from.

How is it billed?

Per user per month, excluding VAT, in SEK. Monthly, quarterly or annually. Client, lead and storage limits are per organisation rather than per seat. The schedule is published in full.

Where is our data held?

In the EU, in Stockholm. A request to Nova also reaches our model provider through the Lovable AI Gateway, which may process it outside the EU under standard contractual clauses. The data sovereignty page sets out each party and the safeguards covering any transfer.

How do we get our data out, or delete it?

Your rights of access, portability and erasure and how to exercise them are set out in the privacy policy. Customer Data is owned exclusively by the customer, which is stated in the terms rather than implied.

We have a security questionnaire. Will you complete it?

Yes. Most of it is already answered on the security page and in the processing agreement; send the rest to info@venuvo.net.

Short answers here. The long ones are in the documents each answer points to.
