Customer data is stored and processed in the EU, in Stockholm. Static delivery of this website runs over a global CDN, billing runs through Stripe, and a request to Nova reaches our model provider, currently OpenAI or Google, through the Lovable AI Gateway — each under standard contractual clauses where a transfer leaves the EU.

Who is this actually for?
Firms in Sweden and the EU whose deals live in quotes, drawings and site visits — work sold as a project rather than picked from a catalogue. If your sale involves a drawing, a site visit and three revisions before anyone signs anything, it was drawn around you.
What does it replace?
A CRM, a spreadsheet, a shared inbox and a folder tree — four systems holding one deal between them, reconciled by hand every week. Venuvo replaces the reconciling rather than becoming the fifth subscription.
Can Nova change anything on its own?
No. Nova reads your workspace and prepares the change, then hands it back unexecuted. You approve it, and only then does it run — under your own session, against the account that confirmed it. Every call it makes is logged with its arguments, its result and how long it took.
What does it cost, and is there a trial?
299 SEK per user per month on Standard, 599 on Pro, excluding VAT. Enterprise limits and terms are agreed in writing before signature. Fourteen days free on every plan and no card required; if the trial lapses the account steps down rather than locking you out.
Do you hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
Not yet. What we publish instead is the layer underneath a certificate: the data processing agreement, the service level agreement, the full sub-processor list, and a security page describing each control mechanically enough to be tested. Customer data is stored in the EU, in Stockholm.
Who is behind it, and who is using it?
Venuvo AB has been founder-run since 2024, seated in Sweden. Raise The Bar AB is our client on the agency side, and theirs is the sale the product was modelled on; they are not on Venuvo OS today. We would rather be precise about that than imply a customer list we have not earned.
