Right of withdrawal and return policy

As a customer of Venuvo AB, you have the right to cancel your order for services within 14 days from the date the contract was concluded, in accordance with the Swedish Act on Distance and Off-Premises Contracts (2005:59). This right applies provided that the service has not been started. To exercise your right of cancellation, please contact us in writing via email at info@venuvo.net and include your order number and a clear explanation of your decision to cancel the purchase.

Limitations of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services where work has begun with your express consent before the withdrawal period has expired, according to Section 11 of the above-mentioned law. Examples of such services may be:

• Digital Marketing: If we have begun implementing a digital marketing campaign, including advertising, SEO optimization or social media management.

• Website development: If work on the design or development of a website has begun.

• Analysis and Consultation: If a report or analysis has already been delivered as part of our consulting services.

Return of Completed Services

For digital services that have already been performed and delivered, there is no possibility of return or refund. This includes completed marketing strategies, web design projects or other consulting services delivered according to agreement. Venuvo AB reserves the right to charge for the work already performed if a service is interrupted after commencement.

Procedure for Right of Withdrawal

If you cancel an order before work has begun, please contact us immediately. We will acknowledge your request and stop all further processing of the service. If a refund is applicable, it will be made using the same payment method used to place the order within 14 days of receiving your request.
